One of the solutions that we recommend is that to make those markers accessible. Firstly let’s explain what are markers mean and how to use those markers. Chemical markers allow us to detect any quality changes during the process or after the process. (LEE & KIM, 1996) there are more than 200 chemical markers that exist in the world but those are not enough to detect every quality change. Although we can make a considerable guess with those existing markers. In our country, as we know currency rate is not stable but it is always rising the last couple of years. Due to those changes, lots of companies do not have easy access to those markers. My solution aims to reach those markers a lot easier and of course, it forces companies to have those markers. For it, the government must publish a rule book for companies. It gives companies to complete every existed marker in a maximum of two years. And to make their job easier and to make markers accessible, the government must reduce taxes. If a company does not complete those markers their license will be canceled. And for the detect them the government must set up a supervisory board. They will visit companies randomly and without long notice.
In the last couple of years, China is the first country that realizes this problem is very important and they tried to solve it with a very similar method that includes WHO (world health organization). Chinese scientists made research and find the most useful chemical markers companies might use during the manufacturing of medicine or herbal drugs. And they report it to send it to WHO. WHO published a rule book to follow but it is not mandatory. This solution might work in our country if the currency rates are not that high or if the companies care much more about it. It doesn’t work so we ended up with a similar solution. There are very few differences in this situation. The first one is to make that rule book mandatory. Our people don’t like to follow every rule if it is not mandatory. And the second one is to make that rule book about every possible chemical marker. As we mentioned before the life of a creature is the most important thing you can imagine.
